Algemeen
Met dit Marshall 1959 Super Lead distortion effectpedaal kun je een stukje rockgeschiedenis toevoegen aan jouw pedalboard! Zo krijg je de overdrive en crunch van de iconische ‘59 Plexi in een compacte stompbox. Deze stijlvolle unit is speciaal ontworpen voor tourende muzikanten die de beroemde Marshall-klank overal mee naartoe willen nemen, zonder te moeten sjouwen met zware apparatuur. Er is gekozen voor een uitermate robuust ontwerp met een handige led-ring bij de voetschakelaar, zodat je ook op een donker podium het effectpedaal makkelijk kunt vinden.

Superbe son overdrive+++ typé Classic Rock. C'est la pédale qui manquait à mon arsenal. Un son AC/DC période Bon Scott, mais pas que...les réglages offrent de belles variations. Je l'utilise principalement avec une Gibson SG+Tête d'ampli Orange Dark Terror reglée sur 12h pour le volume et entre 9 et 10H pour le gain + Haut Parleur PPC112...la combinaison est parfaite pour ce type de son. Avec une Stratocaster, le son est un peu plus "sale"... il faut un peu jouer sur les réglages de la pédale...Ce ne sont que mes premières impressions, comme j'utilise cette pédale depuis quelques jours seulement. En résumé : sonorité typée Classic Rock/Hard Rock, ( les fans de Metal pur et dur seront sans doute moins convaincus ) pour les amateurs du genre...
