Ovation presenteert met de 1868TX-5-G een elektrisch-akoestische westerngitaar die zowel in uitstraling als in klank meteen opvalt. De dunne body met elegante contouren en de unieke klankgaten aan de baszijde, geven dit model een herkenbare uitstraling en een bijzondere klank. Het bovenblad van A-grade sparrenhout en de innovatieve interne constructie zorgen voor een heldere, gebalanceerde klank die elke ruimte moeiteloos vult. En mocht het akoestisch niet genoeg zijn, plug je de Ovation Elite TX Super Shallow eenvoudig in op een versterker dankzij het ingebouwde element met voorversterker. 

Speelcomfort en veelzijdigheid

Met een comfortabele, ergonomisch gevormde ‘roundback’ body, gemaakt van Lyrachord, en een hals die soepel in de hand ligt, nodigt deze gitaar uit tot lange speelsessies. Dankzij de geïntegreerde pickup en voorversterker heb je volledige controle over je sound, inclusief een handige tuner en EQ-regelaars. De 1868TX-5-G heeft een subtiele maar opvallende uitstraling met daarnaast de premium klank en veelzijdigheid die je van de Ovation gitaren verwacht!

Zeer tevreden. Prachtige gitaar met een mooie heldere klank. In 1977 heb ik mijn eerste gitaar gekocht, een Applause AA14-4 met diepe body. Deze heeft een diepe en warme klank. Echte aanrader.....
