Best flatwounds I’ve had so far with a very specific tone. I have used quite a few different brands over the years, and although these are the most expensive ones I’ve used to date, the sound really is great. Especially the clarity is astonishing. With other flats I have great sound in studios (where you have full control), but these strings definitely make you stand out on stage as well. Where other flats tend to get a bit muddy, you properly hear the high end so it’s a breeze to be really tight with the drums .
