Algemeen
Bob Weir van Grateful Dead weet natuurlijk als geen ander wat een gitaar nodig heeft. Dit zul je ontdekken wanneer je speelt op de D'Angelico Deluxe Bob Weir Bedford Matte Stone elektrische gitaar. Wat vooral opvalt is hoeveel keuze je hebt qua klanken. Naast de twee Seymour Duncan DA-90 STK P90 elementen is er tevens een Lollar Blonde single-coil aanwezig als midden-element. Dit levert je een dynamische sound op die geschikt is voor vele genres. Van clean tot gain: alles komt goed uit de verf. Tussen deze elementen kun je switchen middels de 5-weg elementschakelaar. Daarnaast is deze gitaar voorzien van een blend pot regelaar, voor extra tonale variatie. Deze gitaar wordt inclusief koffer geleverd.

Sadly, this product is discontinued but I nabbed the last B Stock piece. There's not a great deal out there on the internet about this fantastic guitar but if you like single coils, P90s, then you would love this, or it's junior (probably) the Premier version. What makes the tonal palatte unique is the splitable stacked P90s and the 'blend knob', which brings in the non-selected pickup from it's 5 way blade positioning. This really gives some fantastics blends. Totally recommended. The build quality of this D'Angelico instrument was faultless - really nice satin-finished neck and heel joint.
