Algemeen
Dit is de Bigsby B5 String-Thru. Het gaat om een vibrato staartstuk, bedoeld voor solidbody elektrische gitaren met een vlakke top. Dit in de USA gemaakte Bigsby staartstuk is voorzien van een tension bar om de break angle over de gitaarbrug te vergroten. De in Verenigde Staten gemaakte naaldlagers zorgen voor een nauwkeurige terugkeer van de string mounting bar naar de correcte toonhoogte. De B5 kan met 4 meegeleverde schroeven op het bovenblad van de gitaar worden gemonteerd, wat zorgt voor maximale veelzijdigheid bij het installeren. Met deze vibrato tailpiece wordt je gitaarspel beloond met een diepe resonantie, waarbij de snaren direct reageren op je spel. Dit leidt tot een optimale klank en sustain, terwijl je eenvoudig verfijnde vibrato-effecten kunt toevoegen met behulp van dit staartstuk. Deze pinloze String-thru variant maakt het verwisselen van snaren een stuk gemakkelijker.
