Algemeen
Seagull introduceert de Seagull S6 Collection 1982 om te vieren dat de veelgeprezen Seagull S6 al meer dan 40 jaar op de markt is. Deze versie is geen exacte replica van het origineel, maar eerder een nieuwe creatie die de beste eigenschappen van Seagull-gitaren bevat voor een extra scherpe prijs. Zo heeft dit model een korte 24.84 inch mensuur en een extra brede topkam van 45.7 millimeter. Hierdoor kunnen zowel slaggitaristen als fingerpickers een hoop plezier beleven aan deze dreadnought.
S6 Collection 1982: Canadese trots
Zoals alle Seagull-gitaren is de S6 Collection 1982 volledig in Canada gemaakt van duurzaam gewonnen hout. De 1982 heeft, net als de hedendaagse S6, een onder druk getest massief cederhouten bovenblad met wild cherry zij- en achterkanten voor een fantastische klank, stvige projectie en snelle respons. De Seagull S6 Collection 1982 heeft een karakteristieke toon die helder, rijk, warm en gebalanceerd is dankzij de naturelle afwerking, waardoor het instrument op een natuurlijke manier kan vibreren.
