Algemeen
Van Ernie Ball is er nu een nieuwe toevoeging aan de beroemde Earthwood serie akoestische gitaarsnaren. Met de Ernie Ball 2005 heb je nog meer controle over het geluid en speelervaring van jouw instrument. Voor de snaren is gebruik gemaakt van 80% koper en 20% zink, gewikkeld rond een zeshoekige stalen kern met tin beplating. Zo kan je genieten van een heldere klank die rijk is aan muzikale overtonen en sustain.
Earthwood Half-Gauge: ongebruikelijke tussenmaten voor unieke combinaties
Om gitaristen meer controle en keuze te geven over hun instrument komt Ernie Ball nu met 'Half-gauge' snarensets binnen de beroemde Earthwood reeks. Voor mensen die hun bestaande snaren misschien wat te dik of dun vinden maar ook niet een hele stap omhoog willen zit er nu dus een stap tussenin. Met deze snarensets maak je combinaties van snaardiktes die voorheen nog niet mogelijk waren.

Vandaag de snaren gewisseld op mijn Seagull S6. De klank van deze set snaren is geweldig. Vooral in combinatie met de cederhouten top van mijn Seagull. Deze ga ik zeker weer bestellen.
