Algemeen
De Shure BLX24R – Beta 58A is een analoge draadloze handheld set met een zeer degelijke uitstraling en een indrukwekkende klank! De set bestaat uit een BLX2 zender met Beta 58A microfoonkop en een BLX4R ontvanger die geschikt is voor rackinbouw. Voor het afstellen is een cursus geluidstechniek geen vereiste, dit gaat namelijk zeer eenvoudig. Dankzij de Shure Quickscan functie stemt de set zijn frequenties namelijk geheel automatisch af voor een optimale verbinding. Een degelijke draadloze set met een zeer scherpe prijskaartje!
Shure BLX2 handheld-zender met Beta 58A microfooncapsule
De Shure BLX2 zender heeft een maximaal bereik van maar liefst 90 meter. Twee AA-batterijen voorzien hem gedurende maximaal 14 uur van stroom. Zo hoef je niet bang te zijn dat de zender er halverwege het concert mee ophoudt. De behuizing is van een zeer hard kunststof, dit maakt de zender zowel stevig als licht van gewicht. De microfoonkop die op de Shure BLX2 is bevestigd is de wereldberoemde Beta 58A. Het typerende blauwe randje om de gril van de microfoon zie je regelmatig terug bij concerten en festivals en op televisie. De capsule heeft dan ook handige klankeigenschappen, feedback wordt zo goed als uitgesloten en je stem prachtig geregistreerd. Dit komt door het supercardioïde opnamepatroon en een breed frequentiebereik.
Shure BLX4R ontvanger
De meegeleverde ontvanger van deze set is de Shure BLX4R. Hij heeft een helder LCD-display met informatie over de audio- en zenderstatus en twee krachtige verwijderbare antennes. Shure QuickScan zorgt ervoor dat via één druk op de knop automatisch het best beschikbare kanaal wordt gezocht voor een heldere en storingsvrije verbinding. Het uitgaande signaal stuur je via een XLR of jackkabel richting het mengpaneel. Het model wordt overigens geleverd inclusief accessoires waarmee je hem in je 19-inch rack kan inbouwen.
