TC Electronic PolyTune 3 Noir accordeur polyphonique avec buffer

Toch wel een benchmark onder de tuners, de TC Electronic Polytune mini is een hele fijne tuner met ontzettend helder display. De tuner bevat ook de optie om een regulier gestemde gitaar in één keer aan te slaan, de tuner laat dan meteen voor alle zes de snaren tegelijk zien welke goed gestemd zijn en welke nog aanpassing nodig hebben. Uiteraard True Bypass.

Groot voordeel van deze 3e generatie is dat hij ook een ingebouwde Bonafide buffer in zich heeft, in het verleden was de Bonafide buffer als een apart pedaal verkrijgbaar. Deze buffer zorgt ervoor dat de sterkte van je signaal een boost krijgt, zodat je geen signaalverlies ondervindt door lange(re) kabels en je geluid optimaal mooi uit je versterker blijft komen.

Tc Electronic have perfected their design and shrank it down to fit pedal boards of any size, from those with a tiny foot print to those of us with GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome) who have monstorous collections but are still trying to shoehorn "just one more" pedal onto their board. Being a limited edition "Noir" model this pedal stealthily fits nicely in place. Despite its small size this little pedal has had a big impresiion on me as the LED display is crystal clear and hard to miss, on a dark stage or in bright studio environment. Some people may dislike that this cannot be powered by batteries but this is only due to the pedal being little bigger than a 9 volt battery itself. To make up for this the tuner comes with the secret weapon of Tc Electronics Bonafide buffer build in and selectable from a nifty set of dip switches hidden on the side of the unit which can't be knocked by accident. I have found that this helps restore some clarity to my sound as I use long cables and a lot of pedals, and to my surprise now allows my vintage spec fuzz pedals to play nicely alongside my wah pedals which is worth the price of admission alone. For anyone on the fence, please buy one, if not for yourself they make a perfect gift, or even stocking filler, for the noise maker in your life. It will make a trusty addition to any musicians arsenal and one that will be staying permanently. Can't say better than that.

Betrouwbare en accurate tuner.
Het LED-scherm is fel genoeg voor in de zon en in het donker. Ook vind ik de buffer/true-bypass schakelaar heel handig. Losse buffers kunnen schaarse ruimte op het pedalboard innemen, waar bij de Polytuner 3 de buffer ingebouwd zit. Heb je geen buffer nodig kan je hem simpelweg uitzetten. Dan heb je een true-bypass.

Kortom: fijne kleine tuner die betrouwbaar is met zowel gitaar als basgitaar, en een handige buffer optie heeft.

Ik had al gehoord van de polytune van TC Electronic en had een eenvoudig pedaaltje nodig dat er liefst nog mooi uitziet. De witte polytune pedaaltjes vind ik maar niks en dit klein, zwart pedaaltje is gewoon super stijlvol! De ledjes branden heel helder en duidelijk en je kan dus alle snaren tegelijk aanslaan en zien welke er gestemd moeten worden. Dit werkt zelfs op mijn basgitaar! Dat het ook smaller is dan een standaard pedaal maakt het alleen maar aantrekkelijker voor op je board te zetten. Ondanks zijn klein formaat is het heel degelijk gebouwd en hij stemt super nauwkeurig, wat toch het belangrijkste is. And it comes in black
