Overall:this is the nicest sounding acoustic guitar I have ever played.The playability is excellent.The price was ludicrously low.
Set up:the action was perfect out of the box.I have become used to having to adjust truss rods and lowering bridge saddles.What a refreshing change to just have to tune up the strings and play.The strings supplied were excellent quality and have required minimal re-tuning as they bed in.The tuning gears are smooth and accurate.
Sound Quality:the natural reverb is better than my Yamaha costing 10x more.The bass mid and treble are all there with superb sustain.It can be strummed picked and plucked and always sounds great.
Use:this will be my go to guitar for acoustic recording (I record under the name of Bazza the Bat).For live performances the electro acoustic version may be a better choice so I will be getting one of those too.
Finish:personally I like the high gloss finish and have not been aware of any stickiness on the neck when playing.The black binding is well executed and gives the lemon colouring of the solid spruce top a pleasant contrast.The neck joint at the twelfth fret is neat and the cutaway allows for playing further up the neck.
